I have been coming here for over 15 years. Scott in the pro shop is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All of my experiences have been positive and I would highly recommend their services. Need a new bowl, bag, shoes, accessories? They have it. Excellent ball drilling and resurfacing as well. All on site.

As a newbie bowler, I had my ball drilled at another location and had been dissatisfied at the fit/feeling of the ball. I called in at Scott's pro shop to get a second opinion.

When I got to the pro shop Scott took my concerns seriously and identified several concerns I had, some of them being concerns I di not explicitly say beforehand. After redrilling the ball to adjust the span and thumb hole sizes he took time to have me hold and release the ball to make sure the fit looked and felt good. Only when I communicated that the fit felt good did we call it and paid for the service.

So my experience was great and I'll be coming back to get my other ball drilled there!
