Great service. Greeted me as I walked in. The prices are good when you take the quality of the items into account. They are discounted compared to an non outlet location.

Great deals on what I consider to be the best outdoor clothing currently made. It's not the flagship store, but it's a great escape from the other premium outlets there. Great staff, awesome service. It's like taking a mini trip to a 1930's fly fishing lodge, you won't regret it.

Quality stuff. Good things don't come cheap.

Excellent customer service and sales associates. I've supported Filson for quite some time but will say the employees here excel at what they do, and that is ask questions and point me in the right direction. There is nothing in the store that is made specifically for outlet malls like other manufacturers are known to do, but some of the products are "factory seconds" and I simply cannot find the so-called imperfections and have had nothing but great success (ok, Borat) with their products. The only thing that I wish is that they go back to manufacturing everything in the US, as some of their apparel and watches are being made overseas(not this outlet's fault). Top notch!
