The owner is amazing and the studio is very large with high ceilings. Clean and fun classes. Highly recommend.

First, I'm not a model or professional weight lifter. I'm someone looking to get in shape and be healthy. That being said, I love coming here. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging and there is a wide variety of classes to meet everyone's likes and needs. The instructors are motivating without being like the cheesy instructors on workout videos or constantly performing at levels no one can attain. They will push you to try things you haven't tried before but always accepting of everyone at their own level. Give it a try!!!

If you want a positive, encouraging experience this is the place for you. The energy and community is amazing. The workouts always leave me refreshed and feeling stronger. This place is great for beginners and advanced, for people who want to workout virtually or in person. Truly a gem of a gym!

I thank god everyday for Union Fitness. Great instructors who change up the workouts so you are never doing the same thing week after week. Work outs are full body work outs, many classes to choose from, easy access, covid safe with spacing and cleaning. I love Union Fitness!

I’ve been a member of a gym all of my adult life, I found Union about 3 years ago and I’ve never looked back. Union is hands down the best gym community I’ve ever been a part of.
The owner Jen is amazing, she has offered so much help and kept us all going through 2020 by way of Zoom fitness classes, lending out equipment durning the shut downs, and staying in touch with us all.
They offer a great variety of classes and you can’t go wrong with any of the instructors, you will love them all.
If you are looking for a non judgmental, challenging and fun place to get your workout on, Union Fitness is for you!
