Lee and the staff at Superior Service Center are amazing! Lee was able to quickly access a minor repair needed on my vehicle and completed it for free in minutes. I will definitely go back to Superior!

I had a fantastic experience working with Superior Service Center. They were individually attentive to my needs, knew me by name any time I called and were very familiar with my hail damage insurance claim, helping me through every step of the way. While my car did end up being totaled, they were very transparent with the costs that would be needed to fix the car (which were roughly 4x the estimate I was given by State Farm's virtual appraiser), and did not pressure me on whether to fix the car while I waited for the claim to be processed and find out whether or not it would be totaled. I would trust them for any repair need I have in the future. Thank you for all the help!

I've taken my wife's car to Superior twice for body/paint work and had nothing but good experiences.

Recently brought my car in for some bad steering wheel shake at highway speeds. The tech's at Superior went above and beyond to diagnose and figure out the issue. I had taken my car to the dealership twice and came out feeling like they were just guessing to get me back out the door.

A.C. was awesome and kept me updated and informed the entire time.

Definitely earned a customer for all my car needs. Can't thank everyone at Superior enough for getting my car back into shape!!!

I needed a new transmission and the guys who worked on my car were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know very much about cars or what they need and they treated me with respect and explained everything to me, there were no surprise costs. I was also notified about upgrading my headlights for safety reasons and given the option before having it done. I worked with Troy and Bob and they were excellent. I would definitely recommend and will continue to return.

My original review is below. Please read it as well. The bulk of my experience with this fine establishment is there. Since the below experience I've had the bad luck to have to come back twice more. Now I'm one of "those guys" whose car is more than transportation it's my project, it's my daily dose of uplift, it's my mid life crisis cure. Matt and the team know this without me ever having to say that. They've since fixed my fender dents and scratches after being hit and run in my work parking lot and recently someone vandalized my car. Regardless of the repairs Matt and the team handled everything with care, efficiency and professionalism. 3 times in a year and a half. Bad luck for me but proof positive that Superior Collision not only does top notch work but much more importantly CONSISTENT quality work.

I purchased my car from an online dealer and it was damaged upon delivery. Deep dents in each corner of the roof just above the windshield and several smaller dents on the rear of the roof. First new car I've ever purchased. It was Christmas Eve. My dealer had an ongoing relationship with Superior Collision and I was in for appraisal with Service Advisor Matt within a week. Reminder, this is winter, in MN, a week after Christmas at a body shop. I've been a service manager in mechanical auto service for 20 years. While body work is different the operations are exactly the same. I can say with confidence Superior is an origination with great people working for them from the front counter to the technicians preforming the work. I was able to see my car mid way through the process and I could tell that not only was the work on the specific areas being handled with expertise and the extra attention to detail that is so important in automotive work, but also the tear down of unrelated parts and body panels to get to those areas was also handled with extra care and attention. I was given a loaner that was safe and comfortable, they were always ready for me, communication and timeline of the work was always exactly as explained. My car was returned clean and buffed and for me that was really the day I got my new car. Top notch marks for Matt and Superior Service Center.
