(August 13, 2022, 1:03 pm)I've been living here for 15 years. Lot rent is very reasonable for the area. The pool is nice. The playground just received upgrades. Management has worked hard to make the community look good. It's an all around great place to live. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice community to live in.

(June 29, 2022, 1:59 am)8 wonderful years here! Greg the property manager and his staff are friendly and helpful! I knew next to nothing about mobile homes when I moved here, but have learned a lot. A quiet community of people, friendly and warm.
