Josh was great with assisting my sister and I find furniture. He helped us through every step, from not having an idea of what we wanted to finding the best pieces for my home. He was patient and knowledgeable of the products they offered. Prior to completion of the purchase, we were advised that some of the pieces wouldn’t be in until 2-6 weeks and how we would have to remember the pickup dates as rooms to go doesn’t have a reminder system if the order isn’t being delivered. He followed up by saying he would personally contact me so that we don’t forget. He called to remind us and also advised that a few pieces that were on back order came early. We are extremely happy with the customer service Josh provided! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was the best furniture shopping experience ever. We were helped by Dan and I highly recommend asking for him. He was incredible - not pushy, very dedicated, going above and beyond, creating a very relaxing experience. He answered all our questions and gave us all the time we wanted to look and choose, without any pressure. We were able to choose a great couch and sofa chair, and the whole process was so smooth and easy. We will come back here again when it’s time to redo our bedroom. And we will ask for Dan! I can’t imagine a better salesman, if I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Update: didn’t realize the “protection plan” was extra $$. About $50 per piece of the sectional which increased the price $250. We were in a rush to buy (just moved, old sofa didn’t fit) but it would have been nice to have been told specifically that the protection plan was extra. We were made to feel that it was included in the price. Anyway, still an overall good experience and love the sofa.

Jennifer was awesome!

Several weeks ago I came in to browse and get ideas for furnishing our new home. Jennifer approached myself and my daughter and after a short conversation about what we were interested in and when we would be back with my husband, Jennifer told us to let her know if we have questions or issues and let us browse around. I appreciated her laid back approach which was contrast to other stores we looked in that day where we were followed relentlessly by sales associates.

Today my husband and I went back to the store and found Jennifer to purchase furniture for our living room and dining room. She made the process simple, was informative, honest and efficient. Thank you Jennifer!
