Next Event Planning & Rentals

I worked with Mindi at Next Event Planning & Rentals to help do decoration setup and tear down, as well as hang cafe lights over the dance floor at our wedding, and she made my day worry free! We used all of my own decorations, and she made my vision come to life. Our venue required EVERYTHING to be gone by midnight the same night of our wedding. Using their tear down service allowed our family and friends to have a blast without needing to lift a finger at the end of the night! Not only did her team repackage all of my decorations into our uhaul, but also took care of cleaning all of the unfinished drinks and plates left around tables.

Mindi was also very flexible as my vision kept changing during the planning phase, and simply sending her photos of what I had in mind for the different tables and areas helped her know exactly what to do. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of rentals, helping setting up/tearing down, and help designing a beautiful wedding!

Using Next Event was the best decision we made for our wedding day! We utilized their set up, take down, and Day of Coordinator services, as well as rented linens, lighting and their beautiful wedding doors. Mindi went above and beyond as our Coordinator! I recently rented linens for my daughter's wedding reception. The linens were very nice, packaged well, and easy to return in the duffel bags that were provided. Mindi was great to work with. We chose to pick up and drop off the linens and Mindi was very accommodating with the dates and times to do that. I would highly recommend Next Event Rentals if you are looking to rent linens.
