Crystal is awesome! AT&T customer service couldn't help me over the phone with an issue. Went and saw Crystal who guided them through the issue when we called. She was so patient and professional. Thanks Crystal for all your help.

Crystal was the Associate who helped us. We were going from Sprint to AT&T. I am on my dtr and son in law's phone plan. We had Sprint and they chose AT&T. Crystal was great! They were purchasing 5 phones with their kids needing upgrades. Crystal had a wealth of information! The specials that were available were GREAT! We were all very happy and satisfied with our phones. The kids were over the moon with their Google Pixels! I have a Samsung Note20 5G. I am still learning how to use many so many functions!
The best part is my Daughter and her family live in on a 11 acre hobby farm in Welch MN. With AT&T their Service has improved tremendously, compared to Sprint! They are so happy with their Service out there, and their phones. I am the slow learner with all this technology, but Crystal was/is a blessing! I have talked with her since the day of purchase. and she is so willing to help me! Thank you for having this great, Personable, Professional gal at this AT&T Store in Hastings MN. Thank you! Crystal!
