I am very happy that I started seeing Dr. Ross. Hands down the best adjustments ever! The clinic is big and very nice. The staff are all very nice. I can't wait for my massage with BethAnn and my sessions with Dr. Emily.
I haven't been to a chiropractor in 11 years due to a bad experience. I threw my back out and have been in immense pain. They got me right in, same day. Dr. Dan was very informative and helpful with tips to help me recover and avoid aggravating my condition. He was very careful and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Very nice facility. All of the staff were extremely pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.
A wonderful holistic health focused practiced. Get at the root of addressing pain and discomfort.
I was looking at Top-Rated Chiropractor on Google, and I came across Inver Grove Chiropractor, with 5.0 Stars and 283 Reviews - so why not! I saw Dr. Dan, and he is amazing, very informational, and knowledgeable. He explains everything thoroughly, talks very fast - which he knows, and is willing to repeat anything if needed. I understand him perfectly fine. Adjustments that he does makes me want to keep going back. At the end of the adjustments, my body feels better, especially working in the dental field. Sometimes entering the place makes me feel odd because at times there are a couple of people up at the front, and I just feel looked at - "all eyes on me when I walk in," some are working while others are lending/chilling against the counter. I mean, I do get it, some jobs are pretty chill and laid back, you do what you want to do. Just saying - to me, at times I just feel weird being looked right when I walk in by a bunch of people. Today was my 4th visit there, and while I checked in, there was a patient who had just finished their appointment. The person upfront started to check out the patient behind me and asked when that patient wanted to come back - I felt weird not knowing if I was done checking in or not. So I interrupted, asking if I was done checking in, she said there was a note saying I will be making payments today, I said yes. She then asked if I wanted to make the payment right now or after the appointment. I said I can do it after my appointment... So, she told me I can start heading towards the back to the stimulation, and she will be right over. I just thought it was rude of her not to have finished checking me in or at least she should have said something to me so I would not have been standing right in between the patient and the front desk person - something like "give me one second, let me help this patient check out and make his next appointment first OR have a seat I will finish checking you in, in a bit here" would have been nice. Dr. Dan is a 5.0 star, but as a whole I would have to rate it as a 4.0 star.
I sent in a text that my experience here was wonderful. They are the best.
