The Edison at Spirit

Definitely 5 star community! Great staff Ashley & Amber do an excellent job! Friendly, Helpful, Professional services. Their communication is the best I've experienced. The community has many amenities for the residents. Beautiful apartments with many unique floor plans. Close to a number of shopping opportunities. If you're looking for a safe, beautiful new home checkout Edison at Spirit in Lakeville Minnesota.

We've lived here since April 2020 and love it. The building is quiet, nice neighbors and the staff is great. There's lots of dogs around for petting :). Management hosts events every so often so there's a community vibe. Edison at Spirit is also BIPOC and LGBTQIA friendly, which was very important to my husband and I.

Toured last Saturday with Amber and she was very nice! She answered all of our questions and didn't mind showing three different units. I also talked to Ashley regarding application, and she is also very nice and detail-oriented! I loved the apartment unit and can't wait to move in!

The finishes are beautiful, the amenities are impressive, and the staff is top notch. Property Manager Ashley was in communication with us via email within minutes of us requesting an appointment online late at night. We went in the next morning and toured with Amber, who answered all of our questions without pressuring us or being super salesy. We continued to stay in communication with Amber for the next few days as we went back and forth trying to decide between this place and another. She was patient, responsive, and ultimately part of our decision to apply for the apartment at Edison. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Amber or Edison at Spirit. Great place, great people.
