Prompt, on time, courteous employees. The supervisor advised me, there was an exhaust pipe on the roof that wasn't secured, took the time to check it out and found out it was an old exhaust pipe that was not in use, therefore removed it and covered the hole at no extra charge. Left my place spice and span clean.
