What an amazing CrossFit gym! I reached out to the owner, Steve, and he got back to me then same day. The communication was excellent. When I arrived I was welcomed and shown around. The gym is very clean and well cared for. The workout was a great variety of running and lifting. There was an option to scale up which was much appreciated! There was open gym opportunities on Saturday and my coach, Noel, was very hospitable and made sure I had what I needed. I would recommend this gym long term or drop in style!

I love this gym! I love the personal style, the trainers know you are welcoming. I go to the small group training too and they always challenge me. much better for me than a larger gym.

Gym is spacious and clean. Coaches are friendly and knowledgable. They focus on form and doing movements correctly vs just throwing heavy weight. If heavy lifting is what you want, they will help you achieve that. I started Spring 2020 with no experience and barely able to lift the barbell. I started seeing progress right away and I keep getting better. Heavy lifting isn’t the only thing they focus on. Pull ups, handstand push ups, double unders, and so much more. If you are thinking of trying CrossFit, NorthStar CrossFit is the perfect gym to check out.

An incredible place to workout! The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities and equipment are well maintained and clean. And the workouts (WOD) will challenge both the seasoned CrossFit athlete and someone completing their very first workout. Additionally, the community of members are awesome and you will meet people that will become lifelong friends.

NorthStar CrossFit has everything I was looking for in a new gym. I had been working out at a more traditional gym, but wasn't seeing the results I was hoping for. I found it too easy to get distracted, and fell into a routine of the same repetitive exercises. Joining NorthStar has been hugely beneficial. The classes are designed so all fitness levels can participate, and get a great workout. The workouts are different everyday, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the community is welcoming and supportive!
