(April 4, 2022, 10:02 am)We did a complete remodel and expansion (150 square feet) of our kitchen and mud room area. It was a down to the studs reconfiguration that relocated and added plumbing fixtures, added a makeup air and tempering unit for a 600CFM range hood, all new cabinets, 2 islands, a walk in mud room closet, an additional window and a walk in pantry. In addition 1200 square feet of oak flooring was refinished, 300 square feet of porcelain tile was installed and a foyer closet was removed. Despite COVID all the work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The quality of workmanship was superb and any minor issues were quickly resolved (there will always be issues in a complex renovation). At the end of the process, we were able to say that if we had to do it again, we would not change anything. If contemplating a renovation you SHOULD should talk to Dale and his team. Honest, fair and great quality.

(April 28, 2020, 9:57 pm)Had bathroom gut and redo along with all new main floor windows and extensive woodwork / flooring done in two bedrooms. The best value I found after vetting many design / build firms in the Twin Cities. Very responsive and able to meet changing needs. I plan to do more remodeling with them when COVID and its financial effects pass.

Everyone was very professional, courteous, kept us informed of the schedule. Very happy with sales person, project manager, designer and subcontractors involved. Would highly recommend.
