  Dr. Mel is a wise, holistic, and incomparable healer. I have learned so much about the body, energy, and self-healing; my adjustments have helped me unwind patterns in my spine and nervous system that have been present for almost 3 decades that traditional chiropractic wasn’t able to shift. I am so grateful!

  Life changing.
  I'm 26, and for as long as I can remember I've struggled with debilitating migraines. Sometimes I would have one for days on end but I have had a long list of doctors prescribe me medications, send me to the chiropractor, suggest acupuncture but it all seemed to fail. Until my co-worker suggested going to Inspire Life, I was skeptical at first because I was unfirmilar with how it all worked, but if nothing else worked maybe this will. This changed my life completely. I've been going for about a year now and I can say i havent had a migraine in over 6 months. The staff is amazing and so helpful with anything you need. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

  Inspire life has not only inspired radical change to my health but has brought me more in tune with my mind-body connection. I am not typically one to pay attention and tune into how my physical body reacts to situational changes but the work Dr. Mel does has had an undeniable (I would honestly, against my own logic, call it magical) impact on my ability to tune in. My sleep is better, my body just works better, my emotional capacity for stress is broader and more prioritized. If I ever find a giant pile of money, I will buy a membership to Inspire Life for everyone I know. As a busy mom, professional, human-- I am in awe of the impact of spinal network. 10/10 recommend, without hesitation.

  I have been a practice member with Inspire Life for a few years now. I have noticed significant changes in my overall health; specifically improvements in my sleep, less headaches, and more energy.
  
  I have been fortunate enough to see a chiropractor most of my life. Through my chiropractic journey, I cannot stress enough how much Dr Mel and her team sets themselves apart from the rest. Not only will you receive superb chiropractic care, you also are given tools and resources to live a positive, healthy, and happy life. Dr. Mel truly cares about each and every one of her practice members on a more personal level than just adjusting and collecting a payment.
  
  Also have to rave about Ashley and Michael!! As the front faces of the Center, their professionalism, positivity and support are unmatched. I’d recommend Inspire Life Chiropractic Center to everyone 🙂

  From the first time I walked into Inspire Life it has felt like home to me. The office it self is just calming, yet alone then you get on a table and feel Dr. Mel's true compassion for your whole health. Being to many different chiropractors in the past you can feel Dr. Mel's genuine care. I could not ask for a better practitioner to help guide me on my way to really connect with who I am meant to be in this world. I definitely notice when I have missed an appointment, due to my lack of connection with myself. My daughter also absolutely adores her and going to get her spine checked too. I always feel Inspired leaving the office.... even though it is hard sometimes.
