  Great attorneys. I go to them with all my divorce needs. My fifth divorce was my favorite and they made it a breeze. Currently searching for future ex wives to keep my favorite attorney in business. I wish they did prenups and domestic violence defenses.

  Brian Clausen is the toughest, most diligent, responsive, experienced, honest, respectful, and hard-working attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with (and I am one). I came to Brian with a difficult legal situation and less than a week to prepare to litigate it, and Brian was on. The. Ball. He was in constant communication with me, had researched all the relevant legal nuances, prepped me for the hearing, and had an excellent defense prepared. Fortunately, he did not need it—Brian also recognized that the best solution for me, and indeed, all parties in this situation was a creative settlement that he crafted before we even walked into the courthouse. I went in to the hearing hoping for that settlement, but confident that Brian would be the legal bulldog I needed in that situation if it was not agreed to. Brian’s knowledge and experience with the Dakota courts and the Judge we were assigned were invaluable as well.
  If you are looking for a tough, experienced, knowledgeable, creative attorney that will actually answer your calls and emails—you can stop looking now. Brian’s your guy. I highly recommend this penultimate professional.

  This is a review for Brian Clausen.
  
  My case is in reference to a custody battle. I have met several lawyers in the area before being introduced to Brian. From the phone conversation to meeting in person, this man, Brian, is respectful, patient, diligent, caring and honest. These are just a few characteristics I witnessed in my time of meeting him. I immediately felt taken care of and in good hands. He responds to his clients and potential clients in a reasonable manner. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend Brian. You will not be disappointed in his character. This review is a non-client endorsing his character and professionalism. I was not able to retain Brian, but if had the funds I definitely would. Although I did not hire him, I had a taste of what he delivers.His actions speak for his words and beyond. Anyone dealing with a custody or divorce battle, Brian would be highly recommended.
