Blake made my phone purchase a great experience. We initially went in to assist my blind husband with his phone that had stopped ringing.
His suggestion of exchanging my old S7 device for the new S23 was a great deal that I am so glad I took him up on. My husband is now looking at updating his phone as well!

The service is great. I’ve never had to wait very long. Everyone is so knowledgeable. We’re lucky to have such a good place in a small town like Red Wing.
Kat was amazing! Very friendly, courteous , kind, helpful, and experienced with myself and the Verizon Reps on the phone. I wasn’t real happy with the two hours it took us to figure out what was wrong with my group texting if there was and android in the mix, especially we got cut off, and or hung up on by one of the reps, and had to start the process all over again. Otherwise Kat (Red Wing ) associate was fantastic! Definitely will ask for her anytime I may go into that store and will recommend her to everyone!
Anthony Hummel at Verizon was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so patient with all of our questions & helped us through everything! He even stayed after his scheduled time to make sure everything was perfect for us! I really appreciate that since switching phones seemed so dreadful to us. He made it smooth & even fun for us (& my boys!) I definitely recommend working with Anthony!
Service was great. I did not expect the transfer of phones to take so long as to go past the hours of operation for the day. Mallory was super helpful, polite and accommodating, even keeping the transfer going after the store closed and bringing the phone out to my car when it was ready.
In a world of diminishing customer service, it was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well!
