I had a great experience with HRI, the doctors were kind and informative and the clinic was very clean, during my procedure they even ordered pizza for me and kept offering drinks, blankets, let me put things on TV and wanted to ensure I was comfortable. I got a strip hair transplant and although it was painful I am expecting great results. The DRs followed up with me and are checking to see how I am doing. They offered products too to help me along with hair regrowth, vitamins and special shampoo. I am excited to keep working with them and regrow my hair!

Everyone in this facility is very passionate about the work they do! They all went above and beyond my expectations- Nate stayed in contact with me for about 2 years until I was ready to actually schedule the procedure. He made sure I had flexible payment options, and dates that fit my schedule. He was very knowledgeable about all of the procedures and made sure I was thoroughly informed before making a final decision. Nicole, Tatyana, and Ray all made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. When I experienced discomfort they did everything they could to help me feel better. I can really tell by their positive attitudes, and great personalities that they have a true passion for the work they do. Everyone at this facility is warm, welcoming, relatable, hard working, and truly dedicated to supreme craftsmanship. I highly recommend anyone considering using this clinic to make the investment! Nate and his staff at HRI are amazing! They are good and caring group of people that really aspire to put the clients wants and need before anything, They all go above and beyond to make sure that every client is pleased! HRI has been in business for over 35 years, and have won best hair loss clinic in the twin cities. I would 10/10 recommend going there for any hair loss issues, as they have many methods taking every client case by case for the best results! Amazing communication skills from Dr. Nate as well as the other doctors. They gave me their number to personally ask them any questions post-op and even have an after hours phone line to ask questions. During the operation the doctors and nurses were very friendly yet focused. The overall job on the transplant was beyond expectations and I am beyond grateful for the professionalism, expert and customer service of this establishment.
