(November 27, 2020, 6:48 am)The alarm clock was flashing when I arrived and when I went to set it, the clock was off even though it was plugged in. All light switches were on. When I got up in the morning, it was on again and flashing. Doesn't help a traveler if the clocks don't work.
Have never seen a hotel with gaps of over an inch between the base of the door and the floor. Doesn't help if there happens to be pests. Also no privacy regarding noise and conversations. -

(September 26, 2020, 10:35 am)Could not have asked for a friendlier and more accommodating staff. Even though it was a little short staffed everyone was great. A building is a place to stay, the people on the ground make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

First time was great last year, this time was alright although some amenities are not available due to covid restrictions but that's to be expected. Not super busy / full. Pool is closed and there's a smaller breakfast of only pre packaged items. Staff was very friendly and helpful as always. We also like that you can log into your streaming service on the room tvs.
