This is the best and the most honest company that I will always call for all of my electrical projects needed in the future. John and his staff (Sunny) are so nice and professional. All electrical works in my basement project were done quickly and professionally as required by the city inspector!! Their rate is so reasonable...NEVER rip you off!! I am very happy and highly recommend this company.
I'd give more stars if I could! John was excellent about helping me on a Saturday, just a few hours after I called him; caught him at a good time. He identified the issue immediately, proceeded to educate me on a wide variety of questions I had, and a couple times explained them as "if you were my apprentice..." I had emailed, texted, and left messages that same day with four other companies that were open on Saturdays, but only one ever got back to me, and when they did... they wanted just over 7.5 times more money than what John asked for!!! And they wanted to schedule me in later! Now knowing the going rate, I feel bad that I didn't give him so much more than he had asked for... least I can do is give a five star review for his excellent service. Having had his guidance, I'm certain I'll pass electrical inspection.
American Electric is an outstanding company!! John took care of scheduling an appointment & followed up with a phone call letting me know the exact time I could expect Mike to arrive. My faulty/dangerous electrical situation was the result of a "Flipper" cutting corners. Mike knew exactly what was going on & tackled the situation with patience & intelligence. Super happy with this company!! Prompt, efficient & great pricing!!
