N1 Motion

I throughly enjoy training with N1 Motion. I am prescribed an online training program by one of the coaches which is great and convenient. I’m able to have complete communication and the coaches really care about your progression! I would advise anyone that is looking to get back in shape, well trained athletes, or anyone that wants to just get active to give N1 Motion a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I started teaching and training clients in the 80’s and currently am a faculty member in Exercise Science at a local college. My daughter who is a D1 athlete has trained with one of the trainers from N1 for years.

N1 Motion not only has one of the most highly functional group fitness classes around but has the top coaches around. Completely designed and modified for each person who walks in. I love jumping into group classes in my off season training.

During my training season I work personally with coach Rak. His sports performace programing has made me a stronger, faster, better weightlifter.

My son has made some great gains with N1 Motion. He is more explosive and now dunking with ease. I am a firm believer in their sports performance training. The staff are very savvy and know how to keep the kids coming back for more!
