Too crowded. The workers were all too busy. I was going to change my four phone lines from Verizon to T-Mobile.

I gave them a five because they were working the butts off.

But nonetheless I have been with Verizon since 2013. They annoy me sometimes but I’m paying the same amount that my two goddaughters are paying for two old phones. Only I have four near new iPhones !

I normally don’t write reviews but when I do it’s because I experienced great customer service.

I got there early, I would say 10:40am waited for about 12 minutes and they opened up 8min early. I was helped by Amanda F. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She helped me with switching numbers around to a different device and helped me with an upgrade. What truly made me feel like she cared was that she definitely helped me understand and helped me with giving what I needed and not trying to sell me into anything.

Amanda needs a raise! She went out of her own way to advise me about my trade-ins and what I can do that would best fit my need.

I would highly recommend everyone to come to this t-mobile store and work with Amanda. I will definitely be a returning customer to this location.

Odd that I don't have a review. Must be on my other profile. 🤔 Anyway, I have good experiences with the company (11+ years running!!), and my store on Eucalyptus Ave., in Moreno Valley, CA, as a whole.

Just went in, yesterday, Thursday, Dec. 10th, 2021, to "jump" my phone ("Jump" is a feature T-Mobile offers to upgrade your phone to the newest model). While I haven't been in to any T-Mobile store in at least a year, maybe longer, the service was exemplary, as it usually always is. This time, I was served by a "different" Michele, not the Michelle that used to assist me. But my representative on this purchase was VERY pleasant to talk to, and also explains why she's been working for the company, for so many years!! So keep on what you're doing, T-Mobile!! Long-standing customer here!!
