The owners are very generous with their knowledge (answers to questions are very thorough, they will give honest opinions, do not expect a quick Q&A). They put a lot of effort into ensuring the products are safe for parrots. Prices are fair for the quality of products available. The membership is worth it if you plan to purchase from them regularly and take advantage of sales.

(August 21, 2020, 4:57 pm)Very knowledgeable owner/operator. They do not sell birds but if you have a bird they have tons of toys, food and treats, etc. Definitely a great place to go if you already have birds.
