  Normally I wouldn’t go for a service that does door-knocking, but Options was incredible and I’m so glad they stopped at our house.
  
  Dean was a pleasure to work with. He inspected our roof immediately, had all the appropriate info to contact our insurance on the spot to set up a claim and was super communicative throughout the process.
  
  We had a solar panel install scheduled and Options was able to accommodate that by moving our roof-repair up.
  
  After the job, we only found ONE stray roofing nail in our yard- they did a great job cleaning up.
  
  My only feedback is that the payment process was lacking documentation, I just passed a check over, no paper-bill or receipt which felt strange.
  
  All in all a glowing-review! I highly recommend Options Exteriors for roof inspection and replacement- ask for Dean if you can!

  I met Scott Mauch as I was backing my car out of my driveway. I figured he was "one of those" salesmen who would oversell and underperform, give me some "too good to be true" sales pitch and then leave me battling my insurance company.
  I was totally wrong.
  Not only is he thorough, but he willingly was my soldier to send into the insurance war. He fought and got more than I expected. My check even included a damaged BIRDHOUSE! He was there every step of the way and answered a thousand questions to ease my concerns of getting left holding the bag.
  Not only would I recommend him and the company, I already have, to my own family.
  Oh, and we LOVE the look of our new roof!

  Working with Options Exteriors was a great experience! Andrew was fabulous in explaining and walking us through the process of inspection, the insurance claim, and arranging the schedule for the roof replacement. The Crew did a great job!   100% would use this company again and would recommend.
  
  These gentlemen are amazing with how dedicated they are in ensuring you get the quality repairs you need and deserve. For a first time roof replacement from hail damage, they took me literally through every step of the process from start to finish not only with them but with the insurance company. Their compassion and respect for me as a client was deeply appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone.
  
  The crew who came to my house was friendly and respectful to myself and my property. The set up and clean up was thorough and I felt comfortable with everything done.
  
  These guys are huge on open communication. I was able to voice any questions or concerns. The contractor who was in charge of the project always got back to me in a very timely manner, and he had answers for me.

  If you’re looking for an honest place that will treat you right and keep your best interest in mind, you’ve found it. From the initial phone call all the way through to the final touches, this company and their representatives have been fantastic! I have no doubts the crew at Options will be able to take care of all your needs.
  
  We ended up working with Options because of a roof leak and an insurance claim. James helped us navigate the claims process with the insurance company and made it easy to understand. We ended up needing interior work done also (not their specialty) and he took on the foreman role by lining up sub-contractors to get it done. James was always on top of the to-do list and kept us informed at all times.
  
  Working with Options was truly a great experience. I highly recommend them!
