They replied the same day asking for shipping info. They arrived a week later and I am from Canada. Not 1 put 2 complete mounts at no charge!! Awesome customer service!

The lady on the phone was super friendly and informative. She simply asked for a picture of my mount and my address. A few days later, I received not just the broken clips, but a whole new mount! I'm a customer for life! You never see good customer service anymore. Thank you Bracketron!
