Oaks Braemar

I am living in this apartment for more than 5 years and this place is a very calm, nice and good apartment building. With the park nearby, and a few stores across the street, this apartment is in a very nice location.

The apartment has very spacious 2 bed and 2 bath units with balcony. The added advantage is the gas stove in the individual units.

The building management is very good. The house keeper Hemma always greets people and says hi to every one. She is good in maintaining the hallways and common areas clean. She is very friendly and she keeps asking if we need anything.

I would recommend this apartment to any one who is looking for a place with spacious units, calm neighborhood, good school districts.

Currently we reside at this apartment complex, so far no bad experience, the environment is friendly, calm and peaceful. The manager is very responsive to any problems with or concerns with your apartment, the maintenance guy Fausto is always willing to help if anything is needed to be fix, and Hemma the housekeeper she does an amazing job at keeping the hallways and laundry rooms clean, since I have been at this residence and Hemma came to work the building is always clean also she is always friendly and willing to say hi. Great place to call home away from home.

I am a current tenant at Oaks Breamar, overall this is a great property to live at and it’s has very specious two bedroom apartment, one full bathroom, shower room, and a very cozy balcony. The maintenance man Fausto does an exceptional work around the units. This building was not maintained well when it came to keeping laundry rooms cleaned, and the carpet were never vacuumed. The management has not been able to keep a caretaker for the past few years and the office has very unfriendly manager. The only reason we stay here is because of Edina has great school districts. Finally, this property has the best caretaker now and her name is Hemma. This building looks amazing at all times since she has started working here. She goes above and beyond and seem to be very productive at all times. Hemma is so kind and generous at all times, it’s nice to see a friendly face for a change. This property has never been this cleaned until she came around. She deserves million stars ⭐️

I have lived at the Edina location of Oaks Braemar for 2 1/2 years. My first apartment had some issues, but Carolyn, the manager, help get me moved into another apartment, which I’m very pleased with. This is a comfortable apartment complex because the tenants are friendly, And the staff is exceptional. The maintenance man has been here for more than 20 years and knows everything about the apartments, from plumbing to appliances...he’s fast and he just fixes things right away. The housekeeper, Hema, is wonderful! She’s been here about a year and since the day she started, everything has looked better...she keeps the laundry rooms sparkling, and she is so kind and friendly, always ready to help with anything! What used to just be an apartment to me, now feels like a home because of these people!
