Doug is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is always looking out for his client's best interests and does so with integrity. He is a licensed Realtor as well as a real estate attorney. He has testified before Congress regarding the corruption in the real estate industry. He’s a straight shooter and a Pit Bull—who you want in your corner doing a real estate deal. Yet, he’s a very nice fellow at the same time.

He charges a flat rate for those purchasing a home, collects the commission as the buying agent, and refunds the buyer the balance. (A similar deal applies to sellers, I imagine, though I haven’t been in that position.)

He’s got a team of like-minded players (closing companies and inspectors) who won’t rip you off and ensure your real estate deal is done right.
