It is with great pleasure that we offer these words of support and appreciation for Taryn, and the incredible assistance she provided towards our recent home purchase in the Bloomington community. Taryn was recommended by both our sons, as they were guided through the process of acquiring homes in the Twin Cities earlier and were overwhelmingly appreciative of her efforts. From the initial conversations to the closing, Taryn had important input during each step. She offered so many listings, made herself available to show us properties of interest when we could make the drive up from Iowa, and initiated connections with agencies and services related to property acquisition. Taryn follows through with everything. She knows the area very well and has contacts to address questions and ideas we had for potential renovation, financial support and concerns throughout the experience. Once a client of Taryn, she remains connected even after the closing. For instance, one off our sons and his wife are considering adding on to their property. Taryn is a unicorn realtor! Once you have her, you will not want to let her go! She has all the knowledge, experience and insight. She is organized, and has the best communication I have ever experienced from any professional. Her positive and upbeat personality makes it a pleasure to work with her, but she is aggressive when and where it counts! So don't let her smiles and sweet demeanor fool you, she gets the job done and makes sure her clients needs are met. We absolutely will be using Taryn again and singing her praises to others!

I honestly can’t imagine selling our home without Taryn Kelzer’s assistance. She was absolutely outstanding. Straightforward, honest, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her recommendations for improvements, marketing, and evaluating offers was excellent and resulted in multiple above asking offers within a day of listing. But, perhaps more importantly than that, Taryn provided constant hands on support and assistance with literally every stage of our home sale and deftly guided us through multiple issues that with any other realtor could easily have derailed our sale, as we were living out of state during remodeling and repairs. Her communication, follow through, experience in real estate and her dogged persistence and support throughout made a stressful situation manageable. My husband and I both recommend her without reservation. You couldn’t find a more knowledgeable and hands on real estate professional to partner with for your home sale or purchase.

Taryn was a super listing agent! When I first was in touch w her I observed she was direct and knowledgeable about issues that regularly happen in a real estate transaction while remaining clear on the next steps ahead and treating all parties fairly. My trust and reliance on her increased as the actual process went on. Through planning, marketing, and contract negotiations Taryn was steady, wise, and made informed decisions. It appeared that other brokers had appreciation and respect for her too. This is an important trait particularly in the unusual times we experience now. I began this transaction pretty worn out from an unrelated situation, and Taryn steadily consistently facilitated the next thing that needed to happen in selling my property and not making big deal about it. She was never hard to reach, always pleasant to speak with, clear what the next steps should be, and she was flexible in how to get there. I heartily recommend and Taryn Kelzer as a real estate professional! She really is great!

Taryn is the best realtor I've ever worked with! Quick to respond to texts, calls and emails at all times of the day and weekends. She is knowledgeable, honest and incredibly nice. She made finding a home in this market much less stressful.
