(October 25, 2018, 11:00 pm)Whenever we fly through Minneapolis, it’s generally after a very early morning and by the time we’re in the Midwest, it’s time to caffeinate! Among the sea of Starbucks and Caribou coffee spots, this little gem gives you your jolt with a focus on beans from a local roaster!
It’s in the G concourse on the far end of things, though there’s a shortcut to the C concourse nearby - that’s where the Seattle flights drop off.
The coffee is solid and prices about where you’d expect. They have a LOT of tea options including some we hadn’t seen previously- the coconut oolong was particularly good today! They’ve got a decent bakery and plenty of other small snacks.
End of the day, if you’re going to caffeinate, why not do it at a place you won’t see in your hometown! This is our spot at MSP for the foreseeable future and I suspect you’ll like it too!
