  One of my favorite hotels. Hands down. The service is great. The rooms are clean and nice looking, but what sells me is the view of the planes taking off and landing and the food at the restaurant. Its my family's go to hotel, whenever we visit Minneapolis. Especially during these times (COVID), I would avoid downtown.

  Food was superb! Best meal I've had this year. Fantastic Halibut. Eat there! Also they have 1919 root beer on tap. My favorite, great beer and cocktail selection as well.

  I have written poor reviews for this property before. Something has changed. New Management? Whatever, our last stay was awesome even during COVID. We had a 5:30 am flight and needed their 24 hour shuttle so we could get a half a nights sleep. Check in was easy, room was great. (they also were awesome with an improvised business office helping me get a new contract signed and sent) The kicker was the restaurant service. What a change from times before. I wish I could remember our servers name, but attentive, friendly, and funny. Limited menu but great. We have picked several airport area hotels when we have early morning flights. We had avoided this location. No longer. We will be back.

  Amazing King-Sized Suite with a view of sitting aircrafts. The room looked and felt very upscale, and the bed was amazing! I dare say that the suite may have been spotless; which almost never happens - even at high-end hotels. The only thing I did not like was that parking is expensive. It makes it hard to want to stay at an airport hotel because of that - especially when rental car drop offs is less than a mile away.

  Reading previous older reviews we were a bit skeptical about staying here. Upon arrival, however, we were delightfully pleased with everything about the InterContinental!! The check-in staff was so welcoming and helpful! Our room was superb! This is a first-class hotel and we'll definitely stay again. We needed a shuttle ride to catch an early flight, which was arranged for us at check-in, and all went smoothly, as planned. Thank You to all the wonderful Staff!
