This note is to let you know how much I personally appreciate Michelle at Bridgewalk. She is hard working and thorough - and cares about our facility! If there is a problem, or something out of the ordinary, she reports it timely.

I wanted you to know what a great job Courtney is doing with the cleaning at Madison Lofts. I am around a lot during the day and I see how hard he works, how thoughtful he is about his job and how helpful he is to residents with their questions. I know we go in and out with cleaning folks.
