Mike's Custom Mechanical

Had Mike's over for getting gas lines put in for my stove and dryer. They did such a good job that I had them come in a few months later to put in a garage heater and a mini-split. Both projects turned out great and I couldn't be happier with their service and products.

I had a very leaky water heater and I was worried it would flood out my basement. Thankfully, I called these guys and they came out right away. Tyler came out first and gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable especially for such a short notice. They didn’t even charge me a service call fee. He was extremely professional and was very kind and helpful. He then had one of his coworkers locate a quality water heater unit. A couple of hours later Shane showed up and installed the new water heater. He did a phenomenal job and he certainly is very experienced and very good at what he does. Also, Amanda at the call center was super nice and was very professional. She helped tremendously in making it all happen. If you need any mechanical work done at your home or business I would highly recommend giving these guys a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Mike, Mike & Thomas did a great job with replacing the boiler system in our home and adding some hot water heat registers to a couple of rooms in the basement. They exceeded my expectations, both in the quality of the work done and the overall design of the new system. I would highly recommend Mike’s Mechanical for your next project!

This company was wonderful and easy to work with. I was called on Monday morning, which was a holiday, after posting my issue to homeadvisor. After determining I was not in an immediate need situation they quickly scheduled a technician visit for the next day. Tyler came out the next day and was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The quote I was given was a bit less than other companies I checked with so between that and the great customer service and the fact that they are a small, locally own business I easily went with them. I confirmed that evening that I wanted to schedule an install and Tyler came the next morning. I would absolutely recommend them to family, friends or anyone in need of mechanical needs.

Tyler came out to give me an estimate on a new water heater. He was punctual & professional. Tyler then came out to install my water heater. Again he was punctual & professional. He put the water heater in himself & was fast, but more importantly efficient. He did a great job & even hauled away an extra water heater I had stored in the basement. He had to haul two away & install one & did it in three hours. I would hire Mike's Mechanical for a plumbing or heating project in the future or feel comfortable recommending them to a friend or relative.
