(October 6, 2021, 9:27 pm)I love this store but wish I could rate the vendor I bought a puzzle from. Box was in great condition and neatly tied with string. It had a hand written tag that read "complete." It was not. Missing 3 pieces (several others were badly damaged). I don't even feel right donating in it's condition.
Update: I was contacted by Barb and she offered to make it right. Refund received in today's mail. Thank You! -
