Jeff’s has been maintaining our cars for about 15 years. They’ve always been upfront about what’s needed and when, and they’re extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing a wide range of cars. When the passenger window motor started to fade, Leann scoured to find the last motor - so when it finally dies, we’re prepared. A few years ago there was a loud grinding sound coming from the front brakes. I knew it must be the rotors (expensive rotors). I cautiously get it to Jeff’s, Paul hoped in, drove it down the street... a small rock had wedged itself in there. Other mechanics or dealers could have easily seen dollar signs, but not Paul - it was just part of looking out for your car and your budget. And, if it means anything (and I think it does), they’re really nice people — invested in the wellbeing of their customers and community.

It is so nice to start my car without having the roar off the manifold blasting at me! Thank you, Paul.

Have been customers of Jeff's Auto for more than 35 years. Recent visit similar to all previous visits: only the required/request work was done, work was completed when forecast, charges very reasonable. All this plus great friendly customer service.

I had four tires installed elsewhere and informed them in advance that the tire pressure sensor was coming on periodically and that they should be aware of this when installing the tires. They said one sensor was bad, replaced it and reset the light. After driving a mile or two, the light came on again. I went to Jeff's where I take my vehicle for regular service and Paul informed me that the other place had put in the wrong sensor for my car. He replaced it and test drove the car for several miles and the light did not reappear. Hurray---thought the problem was fixed!

Unfortunately, the light came on again a few miles after taking it home. They got me in again very quickly and spent a TON of time trying to get it to work properly. They finally figured out the problem and it is truly fixed. I was expecting to pay for some or all of the extra time and asked how much I owed....not one red cent! I am so impressed with their honesty, integrity, work ethic and customer service! Many businesses would have charged some amount to cover the extra work but they would not!

I made an appointment for Oil Change and back brake replacement. I was told that it wasn't time for my oil change (based on my mileage) and my brakes didn't need to be replaced, they still looked good. They did check everything else like bulbs, etc, and everything was good to go. I like coming here, mainly because they are so honest. Thanks Jeff's Auto for looking out for my best interest.
