Me and my husband are in the St Louis,St Peter's area on a 6month job placement. We checked in to Extended Stay America and everything has been
great from the first phone call. We made a reservation and came to the hotel to make sure we would be comfortable. The lady at the front (Shelly) took us on a tour of the hotel and showed us the type of rooms available and set our expectations perfectly . Our room was immaculate. We had a king size bed that is super comfortable, hardwood floors, a nice size closet, a huge dresser, plenty of cabinets space, a working stove and microwave and full size fridge. Before we got back to move in Shelly made sure we had everything we said we needed as far as the kitchen set up went. Aside from Shelly I have had the chance to interact with Elizabeth and Eric at the front desk, they are both friendly and personable and are a great representation of what to expect while staying here. The maintenance man Jeremy was also helpful and immediately fixed the issue with the lock at the back door. Once we told him there was an issue, it was working before we could even get back there again. Other than the awesome employees here, the place is very clean, there is a nice laundry facility and fully stocked drink machine and snack machine too. They have coffee and a grab an go breakfast every morning. If your looking for a place that feels like home when you're away from home in the St Louis, St Peter's area the Extended Stay America on Veterans is the perfect choice.

We came to stay while passing through and Elizabeth, front desk representative, was especially very helpful! She went the extra step in helping us get what we needed for our night stay. The room was clean as well with our puppies. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff (namely Elizabeth) was fantastic! Friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean as was my room. I travel a great deal for work and have stayed in many hotels. This rates up there with some of the best! Would definitely recommend!
