Wayzata Bay Realty rocks my socks! I have been a tenant for about 10 years now (maybe more, it's been a long time haha!), just recently moved into a different building managed by WBR and I LOVE it! Fellow tenants are nice and respectful. Karen, John, Russ and team are amazing! They are responsive, professional, and great people! If there is ever an issue, Karen is on top of it - keeping open communication throughout the entire process. I've read through all the reviews and I am true believer that we all have our own experiences. My experience has been nothing but welcoming and extremely positive for over a decade! They have never let me down! Wayzata Bay Realty is a small team filled with quality people who take care of their tenants and the properties we live in. If you're interested in renting from WBR, I highly recommend!
I loved my apartment here! It was quiet and affordable. The building is older but I never had any issues. I only had to call maintenance for a small fix on a cabinet once and they promptly fixed it. The apartment manager Karen was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Great location close to downtown Wayzata too!
The buildings are a bit old but kept maintained. My apartment was clean and remodeled just before I moved in. The coin laundry in the basement always worked fine. The management was excellent. Karen was great! She’s kind and prompt. I never had problems getting in touch with her. Overall my experience was very pleasant!
I work in the customer service industry, and completely understand that you will never satisfy everyone and typically most of the negative comments might have 50% of the truth. I have to say that our experience has been pretty good! The apartment is my mom's and it's a great place for her. Whenever my mom needs anything, with relation to her apartment, Karen the manager is extremely responsive, the maintenance team is responsive and very pleasant when interacting with my mom and or I. Karen I truly appreciate your responsiveness and kindness with my mom, she absolutely loves you! Thank you!
