  Tim Morris was terrific. My 85-year old Dad was ready to sign up for care, and then, at the very last minute, he balked: He became angry at the prospect that he needed help to stay at home. But Tim stayed calm and respectful, giving Dad the time and space he needed to come to his own decision on the matter. I credit Tim’s warm demeanor and friendliness from preventing the whole thing from falling apart. He did a great job getting Dad back onboard. Thanks, Tim!

  In these very uncertain times with the Covid pandemic, we as care givers that represent Home Instead Senior Care have been given full support and explicit safety guidelines from our staff as we continue to care for our clients in unpresented situations. I am so thankful for the the open lines of communition as situations are subject to change on short notice. I believe we are providing the best possible services to keep our clients well and safe. My clients have often expressed their gratitude during my daily shifts for being there for them.

  I am employed by HomeInstead. As a retired registered nurse, I missed the opportunity for helping people out in ways that benefited them. After the days of training in their offices, I got an assignment right away and went on to enjoy a truely great relationship with an older retired healthcare professional in downtown Minneapolis. One cannot underestimate the impact you can have on someone else's quality of life when they are older and simply trying to remain in their beloved homes for the duration. The staff at "my" HomeInstead is responsive, respectful to me and my "other" life, and always offering new opportunities for growth and education. I love this place. You will too.

  Follow up and emails are timely and helpful! Staff is interested in my well being. One example is that they take very seriously my time off as well as the hours that work for me on the job. The training is thorough yet not long so as to take up too much time of the careworker, plus the staff finds the hours for the training that work for me. I like the people at Home Instead. It seems like they always have my best interest in mind.
