I was up to 40mg of melatonin and 150mg of trazodone and it stopped working. Helped my allergies,a d chronic sinutitus havent had one since i been taking this. It has also helped with my digestive issue i would usually take bisacodyl daily so i could be somewhat regular but havent had a problem with that as bad either so i give them a 5 star .i also use their gummies delta 8 for pain and has greatly helped!
