Anne Rothstein American Family Insurance

I have been with the Anne Rothstein American Family insurance agency for decades and I have always received great customer service. They are always available to reach by phone and at times of claim or loss, they have quickly and fairly handled the claims and the resulting payout. I trust them and I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs!

I recently had a face to face meeting with Anne Rothstein to review my policies. Going into the meeting I was quite upset at the recent notice that my homeowners insurance had gone up nearly 20 percent for the 2nd year in a row. Anne is an extremely kind and patient person and managed to put me more at ease. However, my main question was never answered. I still want to know why my rate had gone up so much compared to other policies with different deductibles. I'm certain that she or one of her staff will reach out to me again. I just want an honest answer.

I've bundled my home & auto insurance with Anne Rothstein's Agency for the last several years and she has done a great job for me. Anne and her team are very responsive and provide clarity on any questions I have throughout the year. American Family offers several discounts and Anne frequently points out additional ways for me to save money.
