I love her confidence and ability to create a fun and safe-feeling space...allowing participants to decide for themselves the kind of experience they want to have. She also happens to have a beautiful singing voice AND makes a mean cup of cacao. I definitely recommend working with her any chance you get!

You are respectfully guided through the four elements in mind, body, and spirit. The yoga flow is invigorating while still accessible to novices.
