  Renting a car can be a crapshoot if the business isn't dedicated to the process. The staff in Bloomington are committed to the process. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. The car was better than advertised. I will be back the first chance I have to rent another car

  The guy that helped us was great!!! And we appreciate being able to get a vehicle in short notice and so fast !!!! Will definitely use this place again!!!

  Rented a car for my husband's birthday weekend. The car was nice, clean and ready to go. We enjoyed it very much. I will be renting again. The employee that worked with me was awesome 😎

  Rented GMC Terrain SLT from 12/21/2019 thru 01/04/2020. Button controls took some getting used to. Acceleration is 👎🏾, but 🚘 purrs with❣️of a true champ, once it gets rolling...🖐🏾
  
  Process was quick & relatively seamless. Caitlin & Aaron (both pictured) were warm & affable, which was greatly appreciated in brrr December.🙏🏽💯
  
  Only beef now = issue with KS toll fees. Had $$ ready to pay, but KTAG (e-tag) within rental vehicle took that option away, violating me to boot. Stuck now, paying approx $60 for a $15 trip. Utter SCAM, I tell you...🤬😤😡👎🏾
