He double-checked to ensure that everything we wanted to be done was accounted for before the installation. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well at the end. After a hail storm in August 2020, I reached out to multiple vendors to assess damage that might have occurred. Scott Rise with Lakewoods remodeling was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and upfront with his assessment of the damage. He was informative about what he saw and gave me an honest opinion of my options without promising anything or trying to sell me on his services. After submitting a claim to insurance, Scott worked with my assessor to address all damage and get the necessary repairs covered. Once approved, the work was completed quickly and follow up on any concerns was excellent.

Without having made any commitments to hire him, within an hour of him leaving our house he called to tell me he tracked down our exact siding and found a distributor. That solidified my decision to hire him and exemplifies our experience with him. He made everything easy, had all the details worked out and communicated frequently.
