Edina Highland Villa

This property is the best! We've been here 3 months and we love it. The building, grounds and amenities are incredible. Staff are great - responsive and caring. Walking distance to all sorts of things. Halls & apartment are quiet, all the common areas are beautiful...I still can hardly believe the backyard. Great for dogs, kids, all ages. I spend a lot of time here since I work from home; everyone I've encountered so far is friendly and respectful. We were homeowners for 20+ years but this place already feels like home. Price is quite reasonable for all that's included. We looked for a long time and I have no doubt we found the right place. Take a tour and you'll see why!

This is a wonderful place to live! We have indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, a backyard area with garden plots you can rent. The unit I share with two roommates had been newly redone before we moved in with new carpet, countertops, bathroom fixtures etc. Just beautiful! The management is efficient and so friendly. It's such a welcoming, comfortable place to live! And the library, grocery stores, and some other shops are within walking distance and everything else is a short drive away.

Recently moved into the building and everything has been great! The management team is stellar, Tracy and Connie go above and beyond in making everyone feel welcomed. They were patient in answering all my questions and have been of great help before, during, and even after my move-in.
The community here is great too, lots of pleasant, friendly and respectful people that add to the already warm vibe to this place. Great amenities within the building and nice neighborhood too, pretty conveniently located that you're not too far from anything.

This is a great complex to live in. The building is very well maintained and the grounds are impressive. The building is very quiet, and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The property manager Tracy has been wonderful to work with and she truly cares about the residents of the building. Tracy goes above and beyond, and I appreciate all that she does.

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease yesterday. Jessica and Tracie went above and beyond to help us make getting our new place fast and easy! Looking forward to using the pools, the sauna and even the shuffle board court! It seems to be a very quiet community and I look forward to meeting our neighbors. More to come as we experience more!

Update: Me and my fiancé are loving it here, 2 years has gone so fast! We plan to stay for some time.
