Before Be Balanced, my hormones were out of control. I gained 30 pounds in 3 months, felt irritable and had irregular cycles. I was miserable. After meeting with Lane, I carefully followed the Be Balanced protocol. Lane was supportive and answered all of my questions whenever I had them. Within 4 weeks of following the program I was able to lose 20 pounds and another 12 thereafter. It has been two years since following the program and I have been able to maintain my weight and feel great! I love and still use the creams and supplements.
