KB Sculpt

I had a great time in Kayla's SUP class last week! She made sure to explain how the class worked and show us the best form for using the paddle boards. Everyone in our class was experienced in yoga so she made sure to challenge us by adding in more advanced poses and exercises. I definitely felt the workout in my core the next few days with the added task of balancing all class! I would recommend an evening class as the beach is quiet and the lake was very calm and peaceful. Definitely a fun but tough workout! I will be back next summer, thanks Kayla!

I had an incredible time doing SUP yoga on a paddle board. I've done yoga in the past and Kayla is the real deal. Her skills blew my mind and I had a solid workout in her class! I'm ready for more!

Amazing experience! Kayla is awesome! I felt relaxed and confident even though I had never been on a paddle board! It was so much fun and a great workout. My muscles are still feeling it a couple days later-in a good way! Thanks for showing me something new and giving my friends and I a fun experience. Can't wait to do it again!

It was my first time on a Paddle board and it wasn't as scary as I thought. We had a group of crazy gals, and Kayla and Sara were wonderful in putting up with us. While doing yoga on a paddle board was challenging, I did not fall off! That is amazing for me. I strongly recommend using KB Sculpt for your next girls day/night out! Thank you!

Wonderful, playful practice! I love the variety of poses, freedom to try & explore our individual abilities. Kayla is great at making everyone feel welcome and connected!
