Midwest Construction and Remodeling has exceeded all my expectations. They handled our complete roof and gutter replacement job expertly and professionally.

Our roof had been inspected - and reinspected - by another roofing company and even an engineer. When our insurance company pushed back and wouldn’t pay for a complete roof replacement, every other contractor fell by the wayside and didn’t want to touch our project. Not Midwest! Oleg explained that dealing with insurance companies was his specialty, and through his perseverance and resourcefulness (and likely countless hours haggling and following up with our insurance company), he indeed did get us a complete roof repair covered by our insurance. His company truly saved us $20k.

Much of the roof and gutter work was delegated to subcontractors and all were outstanding. Oleg and Ilya from Midwest still secured permits, oversaw day of operations, and inspected all the work afterwards to ensure everything was done satisfactorily. Oleg knew someone for everything (even things not tied to our insurance claim) and trusting the businesses he vouched for saved me time in researching and vetting small, niche contractors.

Oleg handled most of the coordination and communication himself, but we also had a good experience when working with his associate, Ilya. We appreciated when Ilya spent extra time conducting product research with the manufacturer to ultimately select an upgraded shingle, then procure it from local suppliers. The best part of the entire experience was how turnkey Midwest made everything seem, so my days weren’t overtaken by dealing with our frustrating insurance company or on site project management.

I wholeheartedly recommend Midwest Construction for your next roofing, gutter, siding or remodeling job. They will be my first call should we have a future insurance claim, or if we decide to change our siding down the line. I am so thankful for their outstanding customer service!

Oleg and team remodeled for the shower for my wife and I. To say that we had a good experience would be an understatement. Throughout the entire process, Oleg was attentive, explained everything, was fair and honest. When it came to purchasing tile, fixtures, and preparing for install, the Midwest team was able to help to each step throughout the process. If there were any issues that arose, they were addressed quickly and brought to a quick conclusion. We knew we were getting a complete, and expertly done, remodel.

The team was also beyond professional and had a great family touch. Oleg even brought our dog bones on his 10th birthday; and every day my son was asking where the "construction guys" were because they were so nice and courteous with my family.

I would recommend Midwest Construction to anyone - and would gladly use them again for an addition we want to add to our house, if they were available.

We have worked with Oleg and Paul to remodel our master bathroom. Great quality, very professional and communication was outstanding. We have gone through a lot of various home projects before with different companies and this one by far was our best experience. Couldn’t be happier with result and would definitely recommend them to other people.
