Nina was amazing in helping us out with the application and move-in process! She was very informative and caring. I also got the chance to interact with Sarah, one of the maintenance technicians. She was very professional and sweet. We are very pleased with our decision to move here!

My husband and I moved into a 2br in 2018 and absolutely loved it—in fact, we loved it so much that we moved into a 3br in April on this year after moving back to Casselberry and are so glad that we did. In all the years we have been residents the buildings have always been clean, the grounds and community buildings are well cared for, and it’s obvious that the staff takes pride in their complex. Chad and Sara are an absolute dream team when it comes to maintenance issues, always going above and beyond when we need minor repairs (thanks again for being so awesome when our toddler used the white walls to finger paint). Nina, Maria, and the rest of the office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and really do care about the tenants here. We’re so happy we found this place years ago and plan to stick around until it’s time to buy a house. Thanks for all you do!

We moved in a couple months ago and we love it here! There’s many places to do shopping nearby and plenty to do with the amenities. My son loves to go to the pool! Our leasing lady was Maria and she was awesome throughout the entire process. She is always very friendly and still greets every time!

From the moment I toured Maria was very friendly, and informative. She walked me to my apartment and made sure everything looked good before leaving. I love my apartment! Amazing people and verry friendly than you Maria
