My daughter’s 1st birthday wouldn’t have turned out as amazing as it did without Lake Minnetonka Bakehouse. The delivery and set up was such a huge plus and really helped relieve some of the pre-party stress. Cake and cupcakes were amazing and delicious. Everything was perfect❤️.

Aletta was just wonderful to work with! I’m a wedding day-of coordinator, and the couple booked her for their wedding reception. Beyond having stellar communication, she took care of the delivery and set up, and she had so many little extras she brought with her in the event the couple hadn’t planned all of their dessert details at length. For example, she even brought along a special kind of tape for the floral cake topper, just to make sure it was 100% safe! She’s truly thought through every little detail, and she is such a joy to be around. Now for the actual product: I saw so many guests coming back for seconds and thirds. They were moist, and there were so many incredible flavor options including ones filled with cream topped with Oreos. I received so many compliments throughout the evening on the dessert and would highly recommend her to any couple looking to book a dessert vendor. We personally had her do cupcakes and a cake for the couple.

We were new to the West Metro and after reading all of the positive reviews, I contacted Aletta to make a unicorn cake for my Daughter's Birthday. She went above and beyond my expectations! The cake turned out better than I ever could have imagined and was absolutely delicious! Not to mention, her customer service is top-notch - from quick response time, idea collaboration, to delivering the finished product right to your doorstep! She even included a personalized Birthday card for my daughter and followed up afterwards to make sure the cake met expectations. I have already placed my next order with her and will not be getting my cakes from anywhere else! Simply the best!

Aletta was quick and friendly in her communication and so helpful as I connected with her via email and explored options for cupcakes to help celebrate a virtual family baby shower. I heard from my sister-in-law that the cupcakes (delivered personally by Aletta to her home) were delicious! They looked beautiful and well detailed. The finishing touches with packaging and presentation were so tastefully done-- personable and professional at the same time. I highly recommend Lake Minnetonka Bakehouse!!

Not only do they cater to every need of the customer from the moment of contact to the delivery, but the baked goods live up to every bite of satisfaction you are looking for in a sweet treat. German chocolate cupcakes are THE BEST I have ever had!!! Aletta hits it out of the park every time! I will be ordering from this company for all of my future events.
