(May 30, 2021, 3:32 pm)I had bought some JCF shorts online and needed to exchange them for a different size. I was expecting a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised by the two gentlemen who helped me. The first guy helped me find exactly what I wanted and the cashier (a very pleasant black guy) made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. Customer service is not dead!
I ended up buying about $100 worth of stuff and would go back to shop at this store in a heartbeat! Kudos to these two guys! -

(December 17, 2019, 5:56 pm)Great deals, but poor sizing options. I swear to God nothing was available in a women's size bigger than small. Better luck looking online. Too bad because they had a great selection of adordable options, just tiny sizes.
