Open for business very responsibly and cautiously. The entire staff, from the manager to all of the employees, treat customers with great care and respect. Very knowledgeable. Despite frustrations, they are unflappable and business-like. A pleasure to do business with them.

Check in online during COVID from the front door. Promptly called in, Rick was knowledgeable, able and ready. Nice chat while the computers did their stuff. Felt very comfortable there and I would return, even though it’s not the closest Verizon store for me.

Had the best service I have ever had purchasing a replacement cell phone at the St. Louis Park location. I needed to replace my phone as it broke and the store was closing in a half hour. David, the best salesperson ever, calmly found the phone I wanted, transferred my information, and I was on my way in twenty minutes. David was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, helpful.... It was a great experience.
