  This is a response to previous review:
  This situation happened weeks ago. She came in and wanted service for her insurance policy, however, we told her that because we are not her agents, we couldn’t help because we could not have access to her policy. We explained that we are not like TMobile, where you could go to different TMobile stores and get service from different ones. She then asked if this means she have to go back to her agent where she got her insurance from and we said yes. This probably was not the answer she was looking for and she walked out slamming the door. Moments later she returned and said she got corporate on the phone saying we could help her even if we are not her agents and we asked to talk to corporate but she did not allow us to. She then kept saying we only help our kind, suggesting racial profiling. We told her why does this have to be about how someone looks? Meaning her suggestions are wrong saying we help “our kind”. What we said is that she is not from our agency and we could not have access to help her. We did not call her a liar and to leave as she said on her review. We told her to call her insurance agent. Not sure why she did not give us a clear answer on whom her insurance agent is and why she did not call. During that time, she kept making a fuss and even a driver outside on Valley Blvd. said to not argue and she in return yelled at the driver. By then, she was calling the police on us and we just went inside. When the police arrived and knocked on our door, she was nowhere to be found so that we could all talk together. She slammed our door, she called the police on us, she left, and then she resurfaced weeks after to write this wrongful review is unfair. In a time like this where we all are trying to keep positive and something like this happen is unnecessary. Our agency always tries our best to help with community events and fundraising and when someone claims our agency is “rude” and “only help your kind” is untrue to the extreme. It is simply we really could not help with anyone’s insurance policy if they are not from our agency because we do not have the access to their account. If a person could not reach their agent then calling the customer service number is the next step because at least they are able to have access to all customer accounts.
  To Anne if you are reading: There is no link between each insurance agency. We do not have access to your insurance information and that is why we could not help as we mentioned to you. We are not these rude people you think we are and hope you could understand from our point. Hope you were able to get in contact with your agent and they were able to help you. We apologize that we do not have access to your insurance.

  Called the office today to get help with my insurance and was assisted quickly. The agent took his time to explain to me as I had a few questions. I usually don’t like to deal with insurance as it gets confusing and I understand that every insurance situation is different for each person so I appreciate that David explained to me about my insurance. He mentioned that if I have other questions I could call him or email him whenever. This is very nice and professional.

  I like everything about this business. David and Cindy are very friendly and professional. I have been with them for over 5 years and they have been helping me with my business liability, home insurance and workers comp. I am very happy with the quality and value they offer. Highly recommended

  We welcome all to get a quote and in order to get a quote, we need information, therefore we will be asking a lot of questions to get an accurate quote. Depending on the type of quote and work load, we do need 2-3 hours to inspect/gather information for the quote. We always try to be helpful and nice by not luring a customer in, since you mentioned you are concerned about price and if we could beat your price. Please understand, we personally do not make up prices and we won't know the price until it is inputted into the system. Please do not use lies and mean words to put any one down especially when it is untrue.
